# Third-Party Services and Non-Affiliation Notice

Every external network, protocol, and service Enclave can reach, who operates it, and the Developer's disclosed relationships.

**Effective date:** September 6, 2026

**Version:** 1.0

This Notice is part of the [Terms of Service](/argon-docs/legal/terms-of-service.md). It identifies the networks, protocols, and services that the Enclave wallet software (the "**Software**") can read from, broadcast to, or construct transactions for, and it states plainly what the individual developer who publishes the Software under the name "argonmining" (the "**Developer**") does and does not operate.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Enclave operates nothing but the code.** Every network, node, indexer, bridge, exchange, pool, lending market, staking vault, name service, messaging protocol, price feed, relay, and dApp named on this page is created, operated, and supported by someone other than the Developer. The Software's ability to talk to a service is an interoperability feature. It is not a partnership, endorsement, referral, or guarantee, and the Developer receives nothing from any of these operators.
{% endhint %}

## 1. General statements

1.1 **No operation or control.** The Developer does not own, operate, control, maintain, administer, or audit any Third-Party Service listed here or reachable through the Software.

1.2 **No endorsement.** The inclusion of a Third-Party Service in the Software, the display of its name or logo, or the availability of a default endpoint is not a recommendation, endorsement, or representation about its safety, legality, solvency, or suitability.

1.3 **No compensation.** The Developer receives no referral fee, commission, revenue share, token allocation, grant, or other compensation from any Third-Party Service for integrating it or for any transaction you make with it. The only amount the Developer ever receives is the Developer Fee described in Section 7 of the Terms of Service, which is paid by you and is separate from every third-party fee.

1.4 **Their terms, their support.** Your use of a Third-Party Service is governed by that service's own terms, policies, and fees. All support, questions, disputes, refunds, and remedies concerning a Third-Party Service are that service's responsibility. The Developer cannot intervene in, expedite, reverse, or remedy anything that happens on a Third-Party Service and does not provide support for one.

1.5 **Subject to change.** The Developer may add, change, disable, or remove any integration in any version of the Software without notice. Third-Party Services change their own endpoints, contracts, fees, and terms without notice to the Developer.

1.6 **Trademarks.** All third-party names, marks, and logos displayed in the Software or on this page belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the service.

## 2. Disclosed relationship: KAT Foundation

The Developer is a member of, and has contributed software development to, **KAT Foundation**, an ownerless non-profit foundation company organized under the laws of the Cayman Islands. KAT Foundation operates or publishes several services the Software can reach: Kat Bridge (its KAS, token, and collectible lanes), the Lynx liquid staking protocol, KRC-721 indexers, an IPFS image gateway, and an Igra node.

You should know the following:

* The Software is the Developer's own independent, open-source project. It is not a product of KAT Foundation, and KAT Foundation does not publish, control, endorse, fund, or support it.
* All Developer Fees are paid to the Developer personally. KAT Foundation receives no portion of them.
* Fees charged by Kat Bridge, Lynx, or any other KAT Foundation service are KAT Foundation's fees. The Developer receives no portion of them. The Software labels each fee with its recipient so the two are never confused.
* The transaction review distinguishes bridge-operator fees from the Developer Fee. In supported flows, qualifying KATCLAIM #736–843 holdings may waive the bridge entry fee, the Developer Fee, or both, according to the rules enforced by the Software version you run. A waiver of one fee does not imply that every fee is waived; network fees remain payable.
* The Developer's role at KAT Foundation could be perceived as an interest in the selection of default integrations and endpoints. The Developer discloses it so that you can take it into account, and the Software lets you replace every default node, indexer, and Igra endpoint with your own.

KAT Foundation services are Third-Party Services for all purposes under the Terms of Service, and the Developer publishes the Software as a United States person in an individual capacity only.

## 4. Nodes, indexers, and data services

These are the default read and broadcast endpoints. You can replace the node, the Kaspa and token indexers, and the Igra endpoint with your own in Settings, including a node on your own machine.

## 7. How fees are labeled

To keep the parties separate, the SureSign review labels every outflow with its recipient:

* **Network fee** — paid to Kaspa miners (or, on Igra, gas paid to the network). Never to the Developer.
* **Provider fee** — a fee named for its operator (for example, "Kat Bridge fee"). Paid to that operator. Never to the Developer.
* **Enclave fee** — the Developer Fee. Paid to the Developer. Never to any provider.

If a review does not show an "Enclave fee" line, no Developer Fee is being paid.

## 8. Reporting a problem

If a Third-Party Service misbehaves, contact its operator using the links above. If you believe the Software has misrepresented what a Third-Party Service does, or has integrated a service that has become unsafe, report it at [enclave.fider.io](https://enclave.fider.io/) or <support@onargon.com>. The Developer may disable an integration in a future version in response but has no ability to act on the Third-Party Service itself.
