# Deposit

Receive KAS and Kaspa assets, or Igra assets, into your account: addresses, QR codes, labels, and the address book.

Deposit is where you receive. Compact reaches it through **Receive** in the menu or **Deposit** on Home; Studio has it on the rail. The page opens with a choice between two rails.

| Rail       | What it is                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 |

| **Crypto** | A Kaspa receive address or your Igra address. Available now. |
| **Fiat** | A third-party on-ramp. **Not yet available in the wallet.** When it opens, Igra cash-in will be **Peer** (payment apps such as Venmo or PayPal) or **Halliday** (card, Apple Pay, bank). You receive **USDC in this Enclave account on Igra**. You are not asked to hold ETH or pick a network. A separate Kaspa door, when qualified, pays **KAS** to your Kaspa receive address. Until a door is live the page says so and does not invent a substitute. |

Fiat sessions, when live, will not ask you to copy a Base address or pick a token. Cash-in credits **USDC on Igra** in this account. Compact will not show a second QR. An advanced **Receive USDC from Base** control may exist in Studio for exchange withdrawals only: it is not in the Fiat list, it requires a warning you acknowledge before any address appears, and locking the wallet hides it again.

## Receive on Kaspa

Choose **Crypto**, then **Kaspa**. The page shows:

* A **QR code** and the full address, with **Copy address**.
* Your **primary KNS name**, if you hold one, with **Copy name**. Names are resolved by the KNS indexer; anyone paying a name relies on that indexer, so the address itself is the safer thing to share for large amounts.
* The invoice's label (or *Receive #n*), what it has received so far, and its derivation path.
* The **address book**: every receive address this account has used, with its label, how many times it has been used, its current balance, and a favorite mark. **Use** makes an older address current again; **Show all** expands the list.
* The current **change address**, marked *Not for invoices. SureSign derives change independently.* It is shown for transparency; you never need to share it.

**New address** (Studio: **New private address**) derives the next unused receive address. **Rename** and **Add label** attach a private label to the current address; labels are stored on this device only and never written on chain.

### A fresh address for every payment

By default Enclave moves to a new invoice after each receipt (**Settings → Privacy → New invoice after a receipt**). Reusing one address links every payment to it on the public ledger; a fresh address per payer keeps your history harder to assemble. You can turn this off if you prefer one stable address.

### What to expect

KAS arrives as a Note on the address and appears on Home as soon as your node sees it in a block. A received Note that is the output of mining (coinbase) waits for Kaspa's coinbase maturity before it can be spent; everything else is spendable immediately.

## Receive on Igra

Choose **Crypto**, then **Igra**. Igra belongs to the same account and recovery phrase: you have exactly one Igra address per account, shown as an `0x…` address with a QR code, and it does not change. If you hold an INS name (`…igra`) it is shown too.

iKAS and tokens sent to this address appear under Holdings when the Igra endpoint confirms them. Enclave watches the Igra endpoint continuously while the wallet is open so new balances appear within moments of the Igra block that carries them.

{% hint style="warning" %}
Send only Igra assets to the Igra address, and only Kaspa assets to a Kaspa address. The Igra `0x…` is not a Base address — do not withdraw exchange USDC to it on Base. Enclave shows the two networks on separate tabs and never presents an Igra address where a Kaspa one is expected.
{% endhint %}

## Where the funds show

* KAS on a Kaspa address: **Home → Spendable** (or Frozen / Watching if applicable) and [Holdings](/argon-docs/using-enclave/holdings.md).
* KRC-20 tokens, KRC-721 collectibles, KNS names: [Holdings](/argon-docs/using-enclave/holdings.md) and [Collectibles and names](/argon-docs/using-enclave/collectibles-and-names.md), as reported by their indexers.
* iKAS, ERC-20, ERC-721, INS: the same registers, marked as Igra. Fiat USDC, when that door is live, appears here as Igra USDC — not as a Base balance.
* Payments to your **Deal Desk** address: the Desk float on Home, not the balance. See [Deal Desk](/argon-docs/using-enclave/deal-desk.md).
