# Home

Home: your spendable balance across Kaspa and Igra, its composition, notices that need attention, and the Private ledger.

Home is the first page after unlock in both views. It answers three questions: what can I spend right now, what needs my attention, and where is everything else.

## Spendable

The large figure is **Spendable**: the KAS you can send from this account right now, on either layer. It is the sum of your unfrozen Notes on wallet-controlled Kaspa addresses plus your iKAS on Igra, counted one to one, because a Transfer to an Igra address spends iKAS first and bridges the rest from Kaspa in the same review. iKAS is only counted while Enclave has actually observed it; an unavailable Igra balance is never guessed. The figure deliberately excludes several things that are still yours. Each layer, and each excluded lane, is listed beneath it:

| **Frozen**   | Notes you froze in [Note Management](/argon-docs/using-enclave/notes.md), and Notes that carry an inscription. Never spent automatically.                                                                                        |
| **Watching** | KAS on addresses you added as watch-only. Visible, never spendable.                                                                                                                                                              |
| **Desk**     | The [Deal Desk](/argon-docs/using-enclave/deal-desk.md) messaging float. Real KAS on a wallet key, kept in its own lane and never counted in the balance.                                                                        |

Long-press the amount (Compact) or use the discreet toggle (Studio) to mask every amount on screen. Enclave shows balances in KAS, not in fiat; the only place a fiat figure appears is beside a quote on Exchange or Earn, where the provider's price is part of what you are reviewing.

**Why Spendable can be smaller than what the network reports.** Enclave never spends a frozen Note, a watch-only address, or the Desk float without you asking for it explicitly. The gap is money that is protected, not missing. And KAS on Kaspa and iKAS on Igra remain two facts: [Holdings](/argon-docs/using-enclave/holdings.md) lists them separately, and every review names which layer moves.

## Quick actions

Home offers **Deposit**, **Transfer** and **Exchange** shortcuts. Activity has its own navigation entry, and Note Management lives under Tools.

## Notices

Home surfaces conditions that deserve attention, and only those. Each notice names its cause and offers one action.

* **This vault is empty**: no Notes yet, with a shortcut to Deposit.
* **Showing the last known balances**: your node has not answered; figures are held from the last reply until it does.
* **Igra is unreachable** / **Indexed tokens did not load**: the Igra endpoint or the token indexer did not answer. KAS is unaffected.
* **Unfinished packages**: a two-step action (for example a token mint, which is a commit followed by a reveal) was interrupted. The notice offers to finish it, for example *Finish NACHO mint*. See [Transfer](/argon-docs/using-enclave/transfer.md#two-step-actions).
* **Vault reminder**: an Inheritance or Last Will vault should be refreshed soon.
* **Back up recovery phrase**: shown until you confirm the backup under Security.

## Private ledger

The ledger lists the registers of the wallet with a live fact beside each.

In Studio, the optional Earn, Vaults and Deal Desk ledger rows follow **Settings → Advanced**. The permanent **Desk** navigation still reaches Vaults, Deals, Games and Conversations. Miners has its own rail entry.

## Activity

Home keeps balances and notices together. The transaction record lives in [Activity](/argon-docs/using-enclave/activity.md), available from the Compact dock or Studio rail. It is not repeated beneath the Home ledger.
